There are five songs in the film and ‘Kerala Poloru,’ sung by Jassie Gift, S.S. Kumaran and Kalyani Menon, is surely the best. Kerala is called ‘God’s own country’ because of its natural beauty. This beauty is captured well in the lyrics. The song is hummable with the rhythmic words “Thai Thinthaka Thinthaka Thom,Thai Thinthaka Thinthaka Thom.” The music director has combined sax strains with chenda, a popular Kerala instrument, in the song. ‘Hello Yaradhu,’ sung by Mohit Chauhan, is a catchy tune rendered in western style. The same song, repeated by Vijay Prakash, wraps up the album. Acoustic and rhythm guitars have been used. The mouth organ lends the song a fresh feel. ‘Kollai Azhage,’ sung by Vijay Prakash and Roop Kumar Rathod, is a rhythm-based song where the tabla predominates. The song beautifully conveys the feelings of a person in love. ‘Angalai Nambathe’ is sung by Javed Ali and Latin percussion instruments and Africa’s popular darbuka have been used effectively.(source: the hindu)
